The Analysis and Coordination Unit is responsible for the analysis and follow-up of pharmaceuticals and consumables, as well as limitations and conditions for subsidy decisions. We monitor and analyze the pharmaceutical market from various perspectives and work on government assignments in several areas. The unit is also responsible for coordinating TLV's international matters.

Job Responsibilities

Your responsibilities as a unit manager involve leading, planning, and following up on the unit's activities to ensure they are conducted efficiently and safely in accordance with operational goals. You will be part of the Department's management team.

  • excellent ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English.

It is advantageous if you also have:

  • very good knowledge of and several years of experience working with and developing analysis and follow-up within TLV's operational areas
  • experience collaborating with academia and research
  • experience in international collaborations at the Nordic and European levels.

You are confident in yourself and your leadership, have a coaching approach, and a leadership style where trust and clarity are important components. Together with your team, you create a work environment where your employees thrive. You are a good strategist, work persistently with forward-thinking ideas, and have the ability to make decisions from a holistic perspective. Achieving results and meeting goals motivates you. You have excellent collaboration skills, are empathetic and attentive, and your communicative ability is high. Furthermore, you have a strong interest in societal issues and are motivated to contribute to realizing our vision.

We place great importance on personal suitability.
